Levitt at the Falls to host Music Maker Mixer on grants for musicians

As part of its off-season educational programming, Levitt at the Falls will host its February Music Maker Mixer on Monday.

This month’s discussion will focus on grant opportunities for musicians, featuring advice from arts specialist Sarah Carlson, local musician and educator Phil Baker and Black Hill Playhouse education director Deb Workman.

Beginning at 7 p.m. at StartUp Sioux Falls, guests are invited to network, with live music by Hardie Arts. A discussion and Q&A will begin at 7:15 p.m.

The next Music Maker Mixer will be March 10, on mentorship, and April 14, with a theme pending.
