The equipment, through precise temperature control and uniform material distribution design, dries the materials to a target moisture content of 8%-12%, meeting the subsequent requirements for fuel processing, mushroom stick production, etc. It features energy conservation, environmental protection, and stability, making it suitable for both large-scale production and small and medium-sized processing scenarios.

It adopts a counter-flow heat exchange design and is equipped with a waste heat recovery device, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 80%. Compared with traditional equipment, its energy consumption is reduced by 30%, significantly saving operating costs and being compatible with multiple heat source options.2. It has a wide range of adaptability and strong material compatibility. It can handle various biomass materials such as rice husks, wood chips, wood chips and bamboo chips. By adjusting parameters, it can adapt to materials of different particle sizes. The initial moisture content adaptation range is wide, meeting diverse drying requirements.3. Intelligent and precise control ensures uniform drying effect. Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, it can monitor temperature and humidity parameters in real time, automatically adjust the feed rate and hot air intensity, ensuring that the final moisture content deviation of the material is ≤2%, and there is no local over-dryness or incomplete dryness. 4.
