The vacuum conveyor is a kind of vacuum conveying equipment for powdered materials, granular materials, and powder-granule mixtures. The vacuum feeder uses electrical pump as power,it can automatically transport various materials to the vibrating screens, hoppers of silos, packaging machines, injection molding machines, crushers , and can also directly convey to mixing machine/ reactor/ pelletizer/ mill machine from containers. By this machine, we could reduce the workers' working strength and prevent the dust pollution; this could ensure the productions meet the GMP' s requirements.
Working principle
Vacuum conveyors use whirlpool pump as the power, and make the suction and all the system is in a negative pressure condition. So that materials are conveyed from suction to hopper. The material and air flow are separated in the hopper by filter. After the separation, material is conveyed to the receiving device. Feeding and unloading are switched by reversing valve. And the reversing valve is controlled by the control-center.
